If you’re just taking a break, your design requests will still be in your dashboard when you return!

When creating a project you can select ‘URGENT’ as a priority. Anything tagged with ‘URGENT’ will be worked on before any of your other design requests.

The average turnaround time for a design is 1 – 3 days. Some projects may take longer (Website, Motion Graphics, Infographics, etc.).

We’re more than happy to provide you with a refund provided it has been less than 14 days since your payment AND you have less than 2 requests completed.
